PRE-TREATMENT TUNNELS (WASHERS)

Also known as phosphating washers, degreasing washers, washers or powerwash. They are necessary to improve the protection of metallic parts against corrosion before the painting process. To be used with all kinds of degrease products: zinc or iron phosphate, titanated and nanotechnology.

Built in stainless steel or in TITANIUM COMPOSITES our pre-treatment tunnels are designed with a high-efficient reverse-cascade, close-circuit system to save water consumption and discharge control.
